Two of our Pros are trainers by trade, and they specialize in customizing training programs to specific organizational needs and cultures. Their trainings have resulted in dramatic increases in production, significant morale improvements, increased funding and new funding partnerships, and—in certain cases—national recognition as best practices in the field for which they were developed.

We have tackled large and small data analysis projects—some of which have led to presentations at international conferences—and we believe in the power of data to help us tell the stories of nonprofits doing amazing, under-championed work.

Each of us has worked on the front line, helping community members meet their basic and social needs, and we understand—and value—the unique perspectives of frontline workers. Many of our Organizational Development initiatives target improved frontline morale, retention, and professionalism to help you maximize the expertise of your direct service team.

All Pros have for-profit experience, ranging from the healthcare industry and sales to the hospitality industry and medical research, and we bring a traditionally for-profit emphasis on customer service to all of our Organizational Development work.
